Scope of Cleaning: Our cleaning services are designed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. While we strive for perfection, we note that deeply ingrained stains or damage due to wear and tear might not be fully restorable.
Pre-Cleaning Requirements: Clients are required to clear all workspaces of personal belongings, sensitive documents, and other items that may obstruct cleaning areas. Failure to prepare the space may result in incomplete cleaning services.
Special Conditions: Please inform us prior to cleaning if there are areas requiring special care, such as high-value equipment, sensitive materials, or specific cleaning instructions. This ensures we use the correct techniques and products.
Assumption of Surface Durability: We assume all surfaces to be cleaned, including floors, walls, and counters, are durable enough for standard cleaning methods unless otherwise stated by the client.
Damage Liability: While utmost care will be taken, Cascade Clean Crew LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to furniture, fixtures, or finishes. Please secure or inform us about fragile items in the cleaning area.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is crucial to us, and we’re committed to making things right. If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately, and we will return *free of charge to address and rectify the specific areas of concern. We strive for perfection, but when we fall short, we’re ready to step up and correct the issue.


Conditions and Limitations
– We kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning service.
– The reported issues must fall within the agreed scope of work.
– Complaints about services outside the agreed terms, or additional services not contracted, may not qualify for a free revisit.
Is Revisiting Always Free?
If the required fixes are within the scope of the initial agreement and involve actual cleaning tasks, there will be no charge. If the remedy falls outside the initial scope or if no relevant cleaning is needed, a trip fee of $50 and additional charges may apply. We will discuss any such fees with you in real-time if they arise.
Response Time for Revisits
While we aim to address concerns on the same day, this depends on notification time and availability. We guarantee to address the issue at the earliest available slot in our schedule, often the same or the next day. Our priority is resolving your concerns swiftly and satisfactorily.
Usage of Satisfaction Guarantee
There is no set limit to how often you can invoke this guarantee. We aim to provide an excellent experience and make corrections when necessary. To ensure fairness and the ongoing availability of this guarantee, excessive or abusive use may lead to modifications in terms and conditions for future services.
